📋 Description

• Architect and own the vendor governance program, including supplier segmentation, scorecards, QBR cadence, SLA performance, cost targets, innovation obligations, action plans, and renewal decisions • Lead Datavant’s first structured contingent workforce program and VMS/MSP implementation • Establish rate cards, tenure controls, demand visibility, supplier panel standards, compliance controls, BU-level reporting, and VMS/MSP reporting • Own the contract renewal pipeline using utilization data, performance history, market benchmarks, and recommended actions • Partner with Contracting to track agreements, understand obligations, and conduct utilization and entitlement reviews before renewals • Drive spend compliance and demand management through stakeholder education, compliant process design, clean spend data, consistent metadata, and actionable insights • Partner with Finance, IT, and the AI/Automation workstream using Coupa, Spendhound, and Concur • Lead license utilization reviews across the software and technology portfolio and identify duplication, underutilization, and rationalization opportunities • Define supplier qualification criteria, activation governance, and onboarding processes covering risk, compliance, and insurance requirements • Elevate T&E through policy governance, exception management, and spend pattern analysis • Contribute to executive-level reporting and CFO-facing dashboards covering spend trends, savings, risk exposure, and program performance

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management within a high-growth technology, SaaS, or healthcare technology environment • Demonstrated track record of building procurement programs • Experience designing and leading supplier governance programs, including QBRs, scorecards, and performance frameworks • Experience with VMS/MSP platforms or contingent workforce program management strongly preferred • Familiarity with co-employment risk and staffing category dynamics is a plus • Proficiency in Coupa or a comparable P2P/CLM platform required • Familiarity with Spendhound, Concur, or similar spend intelligence tools valued • Strong analytical fluency with spend data, license utilization reports, contract metadata, and executive dashboards • Exceptional stakeholder influence skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field required • CPM, CPSM, or equivalent professional certification is a differentiator • This job is not eligible for employment sponsorship • Ability to meet client-required health screening and vaccination requirements
