📋 Description

• Own inventory forecasting for data retrieval and medical coding verticals, monitoring business drivers and KPIs to stress-test volume and headcount assumptions. • Support monthly financial reforecasts and contribute to the development of annual operating plans. • Collaborate with Sales on pricing proposals for new and existing customers, including minimum commitments, enterprise pricing agreements, and quarterly business reviews. • Partner with Operations, Customer Success, and Product on capacity planning and inventory management, tracking product initiatives and their impact on demand. • Provide ad hoc financial and operational analysis to support leadership decision-making across the organization • Leverage AI tools to automate go-to market workflows, conduct dynamic pricing analysis, and drive inventory demand planning and forecasting to improve speed, accuracy and decision-making around the business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • 3–4 years of experience in an analytical role at a high-growth technology company, with a focus in finance or operations. • Advanced Excel modeling and analytical skills; ability to distill complex financial analysis into clear, actionable communication for business leaders. • Genuine passion for and understanding of the healthcare technology industry. • Collaborative team player who is flexible, self-motivated, and comfortable operating across multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
