📋 Description

• Understand the intricacies of the Revenue Cycle • Initiate and co-drive project work affecting the organization’s bottom line and improving Yield • Synthesize findings through root cause analysis, data analytics, prior project knowledge, and business-partner relationships • Recommend, facilitate, and drive process improvements • Gather data, communicate with partners, implement initiatives, and develop post-implementation plans • Initiate and drive project work streams impacting organizational health through improved Yield • Create and maintain robust project plans, set goals and deadlines, calculate impact to Yield, Bad Debt, and project ROI, and perform solution analysis • Participate in and potentially lead project updates with executives and stakeholders, including VPs and above • Monitor book-of-business outcomes and findings through data, trend, and root cause analysis • Develop, pitch, and initiate process improvements in high-impact areas • Meet with project teams, facilitate next steps, and provide data-driven analytical support • Maintain relationships with business partners and impacted teams while providing updates and results • Handle ad hoc data analytics and deep-dive requests

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor's degree preferred • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience; new or recent graduates with experience working on projects in class while in school will also be considered • Project Management Experience preferred • Proven ability to be successful in an autonomous work environment • Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications • Experience with data analysis and/or process innovation • Strong ability to create and/or communicate executive-level materials • Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses • Demonstrated technical and/or statistical understanding, including tools or concepts such as Netezza, PL/SQL, Tableau, Oracle, Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence, Python, SPSS, and Statistical Modeling • Excellent written and/or verbal communication, analytical skills, critical thinking, and ability to operate somewhat autonomously • 100% remote eligibility with quarterly travel required
