📋 Description

• Perform complex analysis, including analytical modeling • Assess and quantify the business impact of various efforts • Develop automated reporting around key business drivers • Use analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, VBA, Python, and Access • Break down complex problems and develop robust approaches to solve them • Synthesize analytical findings to recommend, facilitate, and drive strategic and process improvements within the revenue cycle • Challenge status quo operations to identify transformative change • Influence change and drive results through effective written and oral communication • Interface and partner with leaders across multiple teams and with external vendors and insurance companies • Create and maintain project plans • Prepare and lead project updates for key stakeholders • Manage resources and time in alignment with work priorities and value

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field of study, including STEM, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Business • 1–2 years’ experience or applicable work experience • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills • Experience using analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, VBA, Python, and Access preferred • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, including analytical modeling and insight generation • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, easily digestible manner to a range of audiences, including senior leaders • Commitment to DaVita's values of Service Excellence, Integrity, Team, Continuous Improvement, Accountability, Fulfillment, and Fun • Experience in healthcare and/or revenue cycle preferred
