📋 Description
• Support clinical leadership and the care team in patient care activities by providing technical and logistical support within the IKC lane • Serve as a subject matter expert for resource navigation and onboarding/training needs • Schedule and facilitate patient case reviews • Distribute patient lists for review and recommendations to the care team after reviews • Support quality improvement activities by gathering, tracking, and reporting data as directed by the manager/supervisor and ROM lead • Advise peers on navigating eligible health plan programs and resources • Support onboarding and training activities in conjunction with clinical support CSM • Report to the Manager/Supervisor
🎯 Requirements
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • At least 2 years of experience in a medical/health-related office • Healthcare insurance billing experience • Ability to work autonomously with minimum supervision • Ability to effectively navigate the EMR system without supervision • Experience leading teams as a Supervisor or special project lead
