• Provide day-to-day management, ongoing education, support, inspiration and coaching of talent acquisition manager/supervisor and partners. • Create a team powerhouse. • Develop and execute strategic plans for recruitment goals across corporate offices and regional fields. • Work closely with operational business partners within Corporate and Field to partner on hiring need alignment and strategies to meet hiring objectives. • Establish and manage a cohesive talent acquisition team that excels at meeting business hiring targets. • Manage, leverage, and challenge existing recruiting strategies, methods, and systems. • Lead team to utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to the fullest extent. • Monitor and track metrics to identify trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in related area required; master’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 5 years’ management experience preferred; multi-site, decentralized (off-site, home-based team) preferred. • Minimum of 7 years’ recruiting and/or related HR experience preferred. • Minimum of 2 years in Executive recruitment. • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems; experience with recruiting databases strongly preferred. • In-depth knowledge of AAPs (Affirmative Action Plans) and laws/regulations related to staffing and recruitment required. • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required.
