📋 Description

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for complex, senior-level searches across the Core portfolio • Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research • Partner with senior leaders to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies • Deliver a strong candidate and interviewer experience • Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency • Surface bottlenecks and improve outcomes for hiring teams • Design and implement recruiting processes and pilot programs • Help the recruiting team scale its impact across global markets

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment • Demonstrated success closing senior and hard-to-attract candidates • Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets • Deep knowledge of the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing through interviewing and closing • Data-driven approach to pipeline management • Ability to translate recruiting metrics into strategic recommendations for stakeholders • Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight • Ability to work in the USA
