📋 Description

• Supervise a team of instructional designers, provide direction, handle individual performance, set tactical and operational goals, and delegate work • Design and develop advanced learning experiences, including ILT, vILT, eLearning, scenario-based learning, simulations, AI-driven experiences, chatbots, and video • Address complex capability gaps and align learning solutions with business objectives and CoE standards • Scope, assign, and delegate instructional design projects • Oversee multiple projects, maintaining timelines, quality benchmarks, resource alignment, and risk mitigation • Complete quality assurance processes and ensure consistent stakeholder communication • Track learning technology trends and introduce innovative approaches • Evaluate learning solution effectiveness using data and recommend improvements • Share best practices and contribute to design capability growth across the team • Support change adoption through communication, training, documentation, and coaching • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Supervisory responsibility for a team of instructional designers • Advanced instructional design and learning development capability • Experience designing ILT, vILT, eLearning, scenario-based learning, simulations, AI-driven experiences, chatbots, and video • Ability to address complex capability gaps and align learning solutions with business objectives • Ability to manage multiple instructional design projects, timelines, quality benchmarks, resources, and risks • Quality assurance and stakeholder communication skills • Ability to evaluate learning effectiveness using data • Knowledge of learning technology trends and innovative learning approaches • Ability to support change adoption through communication, training, documentation, and coaching
