📋 Description

• Play a critical leadership role in shaping DaVita’s clinical strategy • Oversee the execution of key initiatives that support goals of improving patient quality of life • Drive complex, cross-functional projects to design and operationalize innovative care models • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operational strategies • Monitor program performance and lead continuous improvement efforts • Present insights in a clear, actionable format to senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred • 5-7 years of work experience, RN license/experience preferred • Demonstrated experience and/or interest in healthcare delivery and patient experience • Strong analytical and presentation skills preferred • Highly collaborative with the ability to impact change
