• Define the vision and direction for post development worldwide • Drive the global strategy for CNC post development, validation, and support • Set technical standards for quality, consistency, and scalability • Guide teams working on multi-axis, mill-turn, Swiss-type, and complex machine kinematics • Act as the executive escalation point for high-impact technical challenges • Explore AI-driven development and automation to enhance performance and customer value • Lead, coach, and develop globally distributed technical teams • Foster accountability, collaboration, innovation, and customer focus • Attract, develop, and retain technical talent • Assess organizational capabilities, structure, and future workforce needs • Unite teams across regions, cultures, and time zones • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and regional leadership • Translate market opportunities and customer needs into scalable technical capabilities • Optimize service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational performance through KPIs and continuous improvement • Keep the Post Development organization aligned with future business growth and technological evolution
• Strong leadership experience managing technical or engineering teams in a global environment • Deep expertise in CNC machining, CNC programming, G-code, and post-processing technologies • Broad understanding of modern manufacturing processes and machine behavior • Track record of driving operational excellence, organizational development, and technical quality • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and geographies • Experience leveraging modern technologies, including AI-enabled tools, digital workflows, and software-driven manufacturing ecosystems • GibbsCAM experience preferred • Previous experience as a CAM Application Engineer preferred • Experience working with OEMs, manufacturing customers, or reseller networks preferred • Exposure to advanced manufacturing, automation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives preferred
