📋 Description

• Manage provider engagement projects from initiation to completion. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are met on time. • Develop and oversee management systems for OCMO, with Integrated Kidney Care as the primary focus. • Partner with OCMO, DKC, and IKC leaders to align priorities and streamline execution of cross-functional initiatives. • Coordinate and monitor progress on special projects across IKC Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Group Medical Directors and partner teams, ensuring timely execution and impact. • Track and report on project progress and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, physician engagement, or clinical strategy. • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with physicians and executive stakeholders. • Strong communication, relationship management, and executive influence skills. • Travel up to 20% as needed. • Familiarity with physician practice operations, clinical quality programs, and Value-Based Care (preferred). • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (preferred). • Project/program management certification a plus. • Proactive and solutions-oriented; able to manage ambiguity, build trust, and influence without direct authority.
