• Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple acute programs within designated hospital service areas • Ensure excellence in patient care, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and team engagement • Support DaVita’s mission of delivering quality outcomes and strong hospital partnerships • Drive business outcomes and strategic growth while ensuring the highest standards of patient care • Oversee nursing and technical services for patient treatment • Conduct trend analysis of clinical outcomes and independently develop and implement plans of correction for any clinical quality issues • Manage regional P&L, budget forecasting, and inventory to optimize financial performance and strategic growth • Provide leadership and mentorship to facility administrators and clinical teams • Foster strong strategic relationships with nephrologists, medical directors, and hospital partners
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment is REQUIRED • Bachelor’s degree in a related area strongly preferred • Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare management experience preferred; multi-facility dialysis management experience strongly preferred • Current CPR certification required • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in DaVita clinical applications (CWOW, etc.) • Two years of Dialysis experience required
