📋 Description

• Build and maintain recurring reports, analytical models, and self-service dashboards in Excel and Visier • Run ad-hoc analyses and deep dives to identify trends, troubleshoot operational issues, and answer business questions • Summarize data findings into charts and takeaways for People Team leaders • Build and maintain project work plans, track milestones, and follow up on action items • Provide cross-functional partners with project updates and meeting recaps • Identify project roadblocks and coordinate with team members to keep initiatives on schedule • Map teammate-lifecycle workflows to identify manual steps, pain points, and bottlenecks • Help design and roll out simpler, more efficient processes • Identify operational tasks that can be streamlined, automated, or eliminated • Document business requirements and test new HRIS features with HRIS and IT • Assist with user acceptance testing and validate data accuracy before go-live • Create how-to guides and documentation for system updates • Participate in People Team and Villagewide initiatives and events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, HR Management, or a related quantitative field • 2–3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or people/workforce analytics • Hands-on experience with project coordination, workflow management, and continuous process optimization • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas, data modeling, pivot tables, and chart building • Proven ability to handle complex datasets • Experience with or strong aptitude to quickly master analytics tools such as Visier • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday data and reporting • Strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity • Ability to translate data insights, project milestones, risks, and process optimization recommendations to technical and business leadership
