📋 Description

• Leads and manages a variety of projects, programs, and initiatives at the systems level with Village-wide impact for the Nutrition Services department. • Directly manages a team of Nutrition Services Program Managers. • Serves as a coach, resource, and mentor to other Dietitians on the team and in the field. • Leads and participates in creation and implementation of Nutrition Services department goals. • Manages and oversees assigned projects with significant accountability; meets expectations to "get stuff done". • Provides support to Group Lead and Divisional Lead Dietitians. • Participates in professional development activities for dietitian leaders. • Participates in updating training program, competency assessment and new-hire dietitian tracking tools. • Collaborates with other Village departments to ensure nutrition information is current and accurate; provides review/revisions to a variety of educational material/meeting content used village-wide.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or similar area required • Minimum 5 years experience in a dietitian leadership position • Registered Dietitian status with the Commission on Dietetic Registration • Proficient at all Dietitian I, Dietitian II and Dietitian III duties • State licensure or certification required if licensure or certification is available in the state where the facility is located. • Scheduling flexibility and ability to travel required • Current driver’s license in state of residence and insurable driving record required • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel and Outlook as well as proficiency with DaVita specific applications
