📋 Description

• Develop analysis and manage projects to resolve revenue issues quickly, improve yield, and support insurance and internal partners • Develop strategic recommendations involving revenue strategy, process improvements, and operations innovations • Work directly with internal partners to resolve and manage high-impact revenue issues • Identify, root-cause, and size reimbursement opportunities and work with internal and external partners to complete solutions • Perform data analyses and identify trends • Create and communicate key messages from analysis and propose and drive efficiencies • Drive and lead projects from start to finish • Lead and demonstrate expertise in report building, including gathering requirements, identifying and aggregating data, building and automating reports, and distributing them to end users • Serve as a subject matter expert on data sources, extraction, integration, and aggregation across multiple databases • Write requirements and design, build, and automate complex reports using Excel, SQL, and Tableau • Assist others in building reports and troubleshoot and quality-control errors • Automate processes such as email distribution, payment requests, quality-control processes, and temporary data capture • Translate data into actionable knowledge and recommend actions to business leaders • Develop report requirements with business partners and lead stakeholder working sessions • Direct and execute project next steps, prioritize work, influence change, and drive results • Articulate technical issues to diverse audiences and align stakeholders on recommendations and next steps • Mentor and provide direction to team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field of study • 6-8+ years of data analysis and Excel pivot table and query building experience • Ability to analyze complex data to be proactive in business decisions • Advanced skills in one or more analytical or report building tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python, VBA, and/or Power BI • Expert computer proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint and Teams • Strong analytical and report building skills • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, easily digestible manner to a range of audiences • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Fluent in the written and verbal skills necessary to successfully perform the essential functions, duties, and responsibilities of the position • Commitment to DaVita’s Core Values • Preferred: Master’s Degree • Preferred: Experience in healthcare or revenue cycle • Preferred: Experience with SQL and/or Python, VBA, Power BI, Microsoft Access, Excel Macros, Tableau, Netezza, and Google Cloud • Preferred: Relative coding and Excel certifications • Experience with data analytics tools and processes, including SQL, database development and management, Tableau, Google Cloud, and data visualization • Travel 5-10% of time (1-2 onsite meetings a year)
