📋 Description

• Support diverse reporting needs for the advisor support team serving ultra-high-net-worth clients • Monitor information integrity, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and provide comprehensive investment reporting • Audit and prepare daily transaction reports covering previous-day trades, transactions, and cash flows • Manage private equity and alternative investment data in the portfolio reporting system • Track capital calls, distributions, and fund valuations for high-net-worth clients • Review activities and controls to prevent errors, fraud, and financial-result misstatements • Participate in learning opportunities through associate meetings and internal resources • Onboard client data, generate performance reports, update data, and assist with investment management and billing in Black Diamond performance reporting software

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 3 years of experience in financial services • Background in performance reporting software preferred • Pacific and Mountain Time Zones preferred • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Self-motivated, independent, and able to work as part of a team • Willingness to learn and accept coaching • Positive client-service orientation
