• Ensure technical controls meet information security policy requirements • Conduct security policy education, training, and awareness activities • Monitor compliance with DaVita’s information security policies and applicable laws • Coordinate investigation and reporting of security incidents • Monitor, assess, and fine-tune IT security procedures • Perform periodic systems, network, and application vulnerability assessments • Create actionable changes or recommendations based on risk assessments and audit findings • Mentor security analysts and IT teammates globally • Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more technology domains • Develop and manage security across multiple IT functional areas, including data, systems, networks, and web • Develop and publish information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines • Prepare security status reports and develop risk analysis scenarios and response procedures • Track and monitor IT security incidents through remediation • Administer and monitor security profiles • Review security violation reports and investigate possible security exceptions • Update, maintain, and document security controls • Evaluate products and procedures to enhance productivity and effectiveness • Provide direct security support to business and IT staff • Educate the business and IT about security policies and consult on security issues • Represent organizational security needs and provide expertise on security issues in IT projects
• High school diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of three years’ healthcare reimbursement experience preferred • Experience with admissions, billing, and collections preferred • Knowledge of insurance rules, regulations, and Coordination of Benefits for federal, state, and managed care payors in multiple states preferred • Basic computer skills required • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
