📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and maintain solutions within the HRSD and ITSM modules. • Implement and support AI capabilities using NowAssist to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. • Build custom applications, workflows, and integrations to meet business requirements. • Handle operational catalog item changes, manage update sets, and perform routine platform maintenance. • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, troubleshooting and resolving defects and incidents. • Ensure the stability and performance of critical business processes on the platform. • Collaborate with Senior Developers and Engineers to execute on the platform roadmap. • Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Document technical designs, processes, and user guides.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator (e.g., 2-4+ years). • Solid technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Integration Hub). • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred. • Experience with or strong interest in HRSD and NowAssist; experience with Field Service Management and Business Continuity Management a plus. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach. • Strong commitment to DaVita’s core value of Service Excellence.
