📋 Description

• Responsible for the development, configuration, integration, and support of ServiceNow IT IRM, GRC, and TPRM modules • Collaborate with risk, compliance, security, and IT operations • Deliver scalable, automated, and compliant ServiceNow solutions • Advise on quality solutions to business needs • Triage, investigate, and resolve issues according to enterprise SLAs • Development of approved stories in bi-weekly sprint cadences • Peer review of other team member stories • Ensure production delivery during releases • Align to leading product practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years' experience with ServiceNow IRM and/or TPRM products • ServiceNow IRM modules, including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Issues Management, Audit Management workflows • Experience developing risk, compliance, audit, security, and vendor-risk requirements into stories aligned to ServiceNow capabilities • Experience with regulatory and risk frameworks driving IRM/TPRM implementations • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM or TPRM is preferred • Experience supporting highly regulated environments • Bachelor's degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience
