📋 Description
• Serve as primary contact for assigned strategic partners and drive joint business objectives • Lead contract initiation, drafting, execution, and compliance for revenue-generating projects • Manage Joint Steering Committees (JSCs) and alliance governance activities • Monitor alliance health, deliverables, risks, and contractual commitments • Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth • Resolve partner issues and coordinate with R&D, Legal, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of Alliance Management experience in pharma, biotech, or diagnostics • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field • Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Experience with Salesforce and Conga preferred • CA-AM or CSAP certification preferred
