📋 Description

• Compile and organize quality data and metrics to support Quarterly Executive Management Reviews • Develop professional PowerPoint presentations using input and data from global business and Quality stakeholders • Coordinate and manage inputs, timelines, and deliverables from cross-functional contributors • Collaborate with global Quality teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of Management Review deliverables • Review Quality System reports, dashboards, and metrics in Veeva QMS to support executive-level reporting and presentations • Analyze and summarize quality trends and data for management review discussions • Provide general support for QMS processes, including Deviation Management, CAPA, Document Control, and Change Control • Track action items and follow up with stakeholders as needed • Support continuous improvement and other Quality Systems activities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Quality, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in Quality Systems and/or Quality Management within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or life sciences industry • Demonstrated experience supporting Quality Management Reviews / Management Review processes • Hands-on experience with Veeva QMS is required • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills with experience developing executive-level presentations • Experience working with Quality metrics, dashboards, and management reporting • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines • Ability to coordinate effectively with global and cross-functional stakeholders • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with Document Control, Deviations, CAPA, and Change Control • Experience working in a GxP/GMP-regulated environment • Experience presenting or preparing materials for senior/executive Quality leadership • Experience with Veeva Quality dashboards and reporting • Experience supporting global Quality organizations • Availability for PST Hours
