📋 Description

• Manage capture, proposal, and assisted execution efforts for the Operations and Maintenance business line across multiple portfolio companies • Develop and monitor annual strategic plans covering sales, operations, finance, and HR goals • Manage sales forecasts and indirect costs against established goals • Coordinate with leadership, business development, procurement, proposal teams, clients, project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors on proposals and contract changes • Manage and develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities • Develop sales documentation, proposals, presentations, and sales action plans • Evaluate and qualify enterprise contract opportunities and prepare gate reviews • Research marketplaces and competitors, assess contract risks, and develop win strategies • Attend site visits and build relationships with subcontractors and incumbent personnel • Develop responses to RFIs and Sources Sought Notices • Manage and write large, complex Federal/DoD proposals • Analyze RFP requirements and maintain proposal compliance cross-references • Coordinate proposal efforts and personnel, including writing, editing, proofreading, production, and quality control • Maintain proposal and marketing databases • Establish program objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards • Manage professional development plans and assist with project staffing • Lead, guide, coach, and develop subordinates • Facilitate post-award transition and support operational kickoff and initial mobilization

🎯 Requirements

• At least ten (10) years of related experience • Experience working with or for the federal government highly desired • Federal operations and maintenance experience highly desired • Knowledge of proposal writing, estimating, business development, capture management, and operations • Exceptional leadership qualities • Strategic thinking • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills • Proactive, results-driven nature • Highly organized with strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail • Strong proficiency with email management and Microsoft Office programs • Ability to work with and motivate different personality types • Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record • Ability to pass a federal government Public Trust investigation • Ability to gain a Department of Defense or other federal agency security clearance, up to the Top Secret level, highly desired • Ability to travel
