📋 Description

• Provide individual therapy by video to youth and young adults ages 11–24, adults ages 18–60, or both • Treat clients with mild-to-moderate mental health needs • Provide telehealth therapy to Kaiser Permanente members • Work within the Kaiser Permanente program • Set availability so clients can be matched to the clinician’s schedule • Start with 5 sessions per week and see as many clients as desired • Work Monday–Sunday between 8 am and 8 pm Pacific Time • A dedicated intake assistant handles initial scheduling and consent forms • Daybreak books clients’ first sessions and handles billing

🎯 Requirements

• Active California license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP • Experience with youth and/or adults • Comfort with telehealth • Commitment to culturally responsive, equitable care • Must be licensed in California and able to work from anywhere in the U.S. • Associate and provisionally licensed clinicians aren’t eligible • 1099 independent contractor status
