📋 Description

• Conduct clinical social work assessments during intake appointments • Gather clients’ psychosocial histories, chief complaints, symptoms, adverse childhood experiences, and related information • Conduct mental status examinations • Administer CSSR-S, PHQ-9, and GAD-7 assessments • Establish treatment plans and therapeutic objectives • Provide ongoing individual, family, and group psychotherapy • Provide psychoeducation and evidence-based interventions to promote emotional and mental wellness, relieve stress, and build coping skills • Consult with supervisors regarding clients and progress toward treatment objectives • Work with school-referred children, adolescents, and families throughout New Jersey • Contribute input to Marble’s evolving clinical and operational processes

🎯 Requirements

• Must be licensed in the state of New Jersey • Strong foundation in evidence-based clinical practices • Commitment to ongoing professional development • Experience or ability to provide care to children, adolescents, and families • Ability to conduct psychosocial and mental status assessments • Ability to administer CSSR-S, PHQ-9, and GAD-7 assessments • Ability to establish treatment plans and objectives • Ability to provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy • Ability to provide psychoeducation and evidence-based interventions • Ability to consult with a supervisor regarding client progress • Cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations • Empathy, compassion, openness to feedback, and engagement in supervision
