📋 Description

• Conduct initial intake assessments and follow-up teletherapy sessions via secure video • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans • Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EMR after each session • Adhere to clinical quality parameters, practice guidelines, and patient care standards • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated • Identify and navigate community resources, referral networks, and support systems • Comply with federal and state telehealth regulations, licensure, and scope-of-practice requirements • Maintain ongoing professional development through continuing education and clinical training • Manage patient relationships from initial intake through ongoing treatment

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical field from an accredited program • Current, unrestricted independent clinical license in good standing (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent) in the state(s) where you will practice • At least two years of post-licensure independent clinical practice providing outpatient psychotherapy • Experience working with a diverse patient population across demographics and presenting concerns • Direct experience delivering care via teletherapy or other virtual modalities • Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and diagnostic skills • Comfort with computers, video conferencing platforms, smartphones, and tablets • Knowledge of community resources, referral networks, and support systems • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
