📋 Description

• Provide mental health assessments and teletherapy to PreK-12 students and school staff in partner school districts • Deliver care typically for 2-4 months per student, with extensions based on clinical need and clinician judgment • Participate in case discussions with Cartwheel team members • Support students and families transitioning to community care providers • Build collaborative relationships with school leadership, staff, students, and families • Meet regularly with school staff to discuss student mental health needs and develop strategies to improve school services • Provide clinical supervision to other care team members if qualified and interested

🎯 Requirements

• Active independent license in Virginia to deliver mental health care (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD/PsyD) • At least two years of experience delivering mental health services to children and youth via telehealth • Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, and/or motivational interviewing • Use of Zoom, GSuite, electronic health record systems, and other collaboration tools • Access to reliable, high-speed internet (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload) • Ability to offer hours during and especially after school, including 3-8 pm Eastern Time and Saturdays • Ability to provide effective and safe care to children and adults, including managing crisis situations virtually • Passion for working with schools on mental health and growing a startup company • Excellent organization, communication, and teamwork skills • Fluency in other languages such as Spanish or Portuguese is extra credit • Experience with parent guidance is extra credit • Qualified to provide clinical supervision in Virginia is extra credit • Active NPI number is extra credit • CAQH credentialing set up is extra credit • Must provide acceptable documentation to verify identity and work authorization • Must have an active Virginia license; can live anywhere in the United States
