📋 Description

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders for Spark patients exclusively via Televideo • Generally treat adult patients • Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients • Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances • Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and treatment • Adjust treatment plans as necessary • Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress • Involve and advise family members when appropriate • Refer patients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary • Maintain thorough records of patient meetings and progress • Follow safety protocols and maintain client confidentiality • Care exclusively for booked patients; no other duties are required • Work with virtual administrative and clinical assistants • Work independently while receiving assistant and supervisory support as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Active state license in one of: Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, Washington, or Wyoming • LPCC, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT qualification • Minimum of 2 years of outpatient experience as an independent Therapist is preferred • New Therapists are welcome to apply and will be provided supervision • Prior credentialing with BCBS, United Health, and CIGNA is preferred • Desire to work from home via Telemedicine • Some experience using an EMR System • Ability to work independently with provided assistants • Ability to establish positive, trusting rapport with patients • Ability to diagnose and treat mental health disorders • Ability to create individualized treatment plans • Ability to conduct ongoing patient progress assessments • Ability to maintain thorough records and client confidentiality

• Work from home via Telemedicine • Spark will provide all computer equipment and resources needed to perform Telemedicine sessions • Virtual administrative and clinical assistants complete non-clinical duties • Supervision is available, if needed • Spark will provide insurance credentialing services, if applicable • Choose when you want to see patients (minimum of 8 hours a week of availability) • Change your schedule availability as desired with reasonable notice • Providers are paid weekly by bank transfer • Providers may start work immediately, with hours increasing following credentialing • No on-call duties • Permanent remote Telepsychiatry and Teletherapy services unless restricted by future regulatory changes
