📋 Description

• Provide individual therapy by video to youth and young adults ages 11–24 and adults ages 18–60 • Treat clients with mild-to-moderate mental health needs • Work within the Kaiser Permanente program • Provide telehealth therapy remotely from home • Choose to work with youth, adults, or both • Set a personal schedule and caseload • Begin with 5 sessions per week and grow caseload as desired • Work with Daybreak’s intake assistant, who handles initial scheduling and consent forms • Use Daybreak’s matching and booking support so time is focused on clients

🎯 Requirements

• Active California license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP • Experience with youth and/or adults, in clinical or school settings • Comfort with telehealth • Commitment to equitable, culturally responsive care • Associate and provisionally licensed clinicians aren’t eligible • Must be licensed in California • Ability to work Monday–Sunday, 8 am–8 pm Pacific Time; weekends optional
