📋 Description

• Foster strong, supportive relationships with clients across age groups to create a safe therapeutic environment • Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to clients ages 11–60 experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health conditions • Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers of younger clients, as applicable to your caseload • Build a caseload of youth, adults, or both • Work alongside families and community partners to help clients thrive

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in the State of California • Fully licensed clinicians only; associate and provisionally licensed clinicians are not eligible • Passion for mental health across the lifespan • Demonstrated commitment to culturally responsive, equitable care • Experience providing individual therapy to youth (ages 11–24) and adults (18–60) • Comfortable with telehealth • Experience providing telehealth services
