Dayforce is used by organizations to manage employee lifecycle, payroll compliance, and workforce optimization.

📋 Description

• Act as a public facing subject matter expert by representing Sphera as a Speaker at key industry conferences • Develop and deploy ESG frameworks with customers to support their sustainability journey. • Provide mentorship and develop skills of consultants • Lead and coordinate global resources • Collaborate with Product management (software), Project Management, and Sales • Drive own sales opportunities • Maintain key relationships and accounts, facilitating the development of our client’s sustainability programs. • Provide subject matter expertise to partner in our sales efforts to close global business

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sustainability / ESG consulting & software development or integration • Experience in interacting directly with a broad group of external stakeholders, policymakers and investors. • Charismatic, strong influencer, innovative mindset and a true passion for the ESG subject • Ability to mentor and develop others • Change management experience • Highly developed oral and written communications skills • Familiarity with materiality assessment, Life Cycle Assessment, and Scope I, II, III) • Understands the value of leveraging software and data • Determining relevant KPI measures and use LCA methodology to baseline carbon footprint for products and companies (ex. Scope 1 2 3)
