📋 Description

• Acts as an agent of a broker assigned accounts for Private Client Services • Manage the book of business and direct the work of a service team • Receive and develop new business leads from Producers • Responsible for renewal business and soliciting additional lines of coverage • Evaluate assigned client coverage portfolio to implement cross-selling opportunities • Service account and provide claims support as needed • Analyze exposure base to identify program deficiencies and develop marketing strategies • Complete applications, obtain quotes, negotiate premiums and commissions, and prepare proposals • Bind coverage, identify deficiencies, and determine appropriate coverage level • Meet with clients as needed or as directed by the Producer • Review accounting history, respond to inquiries, and correct discrepancies • Handle collection of fees, reconciling and resolving outstanding balances • Comply with agency management system data standards and data integrity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Eight (8) or more years of experience in the Private Client/High Net Worth insurance space required • Private Client experience required • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Knowledge of a wide array of private client customizable coverages
