📋 Description

• Generate and present original product concepts. • Research ingredients and review scientific literature. • Source and evaluate new raw materials. • Partner with manufacturers to solve formulation challenges. • Ensure formulas meet compliance, safety, and label claim standards. • Manage multiple projects from concept through launch. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Compliance, Regulatory, Marketing, Operations). • Review marketing materials for scientific accuracy. • Analyze competitor products and pricing trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Nutritional Science, Food Science, Biochemistry, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 3+ years in product development or formulation (supplements, functional foods, or natural products). • Strong project management and prioritization skills. • Ability to interpret scientific research and nutritional data. • Excellent communication and vendor relationship skills. • Experience in both supplement formulation and functional food development (preferred). • Familiarity with market trends in clean-label nutrition (preferred).
