📋 Description

• Provide expert guidance across our portfolio of facilities on the operation of water treatment plants, including troubleshooting, process control and optimization, and regulatory compliance. • Work closely with facility-based operational staff, regulatory agencies, company leadership and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with plant performance goals and regulatory requirements. • Support the company’s QA programs to ensure the highest standards of service delivery and compliance with all relevant regulations. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations and maintenance activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a STEM related field required. Course work in data science/statistical methods is a plus. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in water treatment operations, treatment process troubleshooting and/or regulatory roles. Plant supervisory experience and/or operational licensure is a plus. • Strong knowledge of SDWA requirements and industry standards for water treatment facility performance. • Experience in project or initiative management, including planning, execution, budgeting or costing, and stakeholder management. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
