📋 Description

• Advising on a broad range of legal issues • Reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of contracts • Partnering with multi-functional transactional teams on company policy, process, and legal compliance • Assisting internal and external legal counsel with guidance on legal matters • Advising business groups on diverse range of employment-related issues • Assisting with developing and implementing legal compliance projects • Supporting pre- and post-close merger and acquisition activity • Driving legal department process improvements • Reviewing and revising internal legal policies, processes, and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school is required • Member in good standing of at least one State Bar or the District of Columbia State Bar is required • Experience in employment law and/or mergers and acquisitions practice • Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts is preferred • Two (2) or more years' related work experience
