📋 Description

• Design and operationalize infrastructure for new markets and service lines, including vendor setup, tooling, and operational workflows • Translate care model standards into operational workflows and prepare documentation and processes for launch • Support go-live stabilization and capture operational learnings for future launch playbooks • Translate operational design into implementation across teams, systems, and vendors • Identify and solve operational gaps beyond defined swim lanes • Translate the care model into scalable workflows reflected in operational tools and systems • Improve care delivery workflows, enrollment operations, and cross-team coordination • Diagnose operational friction and implement solutions to improve care team reliability and efficiency • Partner with Product to embed workflows into documentation, task management, and scheduling systems • Build operational infrastructure through review cadences, KPI ownership, execution-drift identification, and emerging operational priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in healthcare operations, clinical operations, or care delivery environments • Exposure to market launches, implementations, or scaling operations (healthcare preferred) • Strong process documentation and workflow design skills • Startup or high-growth experience is a plus • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create structure • Detail-oriented and systems-minded approach • Ability to work across clinical, operational, and technical domains • Ability to operate with influence, not authority • Willingness to learn quickly and take on increasing responsibility • Ability to operate on Eastern time business hours
