• Sell, research, and develop new account opportunities through understanding local market needs and growth projections • Establish relationships with new account prospects and acquire their business • Achieve and exceed all key performance metrics • Maintain client relationships and identify growth opportunities within current clients through active communication • Lead and manage Recruiters; collaborate on recruiting techniques, KPIs, and tactics to fulfill client requisitions • Serve as point of contact for Recruiters regarding client requisitions and inform them of client needs • Document all sales activity in CRM
• Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience • Five plus years of experience and proven track record in IT Staffing sales • A strong understanding of the local/regional business environment • Excellent Customer Service and communication (both oral and written) skills • Excellent tactical skills, cold-calling capabilities, and a strong sales acumen • Strong relationship building skills particularly with key-decision-makers and C-level executives • Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint • Must be able to perform visual acuity, repetitive motion, capacity to think, concentrate and focus for long periods, ability to read and write complex documents in English, capacity to reason and express thoughts orally
