• Serve as the primary relationship owner and strategic lead for a portfolio of national commercial payers, PBMs, and critical downstream accounts • Develop and execute payer account strategies supporting favorable formulary positioning, reimbursement, and coverage policy for Viaskin® Peanut • Lead DBV relationship and B2B engagement with assigned accounts • Identify competitive threats and develop response strategies • Own account-level plans covering formulary strategy, coverage policy objectives, and contracting priorities • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with medical directors, pharmacy directors, and formulary committee decision-makers • Lead payer negotiations and contracting discussions with the Market Access contracting team • Communicate Viaskin® Peanut’s clinical, economic, and humanistic value to payer audiences • Translate HEOR data and real-world evidence into decision-relevant insights • Develop and deliver account-specific value dossiers and budget impact models with HEOR and medical affairs • Anticipate and address payer policy questions and coverage barriers before launch • Partner with patient services and hub operations to align reimbursement pathways with payer coverage decisions • Contribute to payer-facing materials and market access tools with marketing and regulatory • Establish KPIs to monitor progress and opportunities • Collaborate with Regional Account Managers and sales leadership on reimbursement issues and pull-through maximization • Provide competitive intelligence, formulary updates, and account feedback to inform brand strategy • Coordinate account engagement with field outcomes teams • Represent market access in account-level business reviews and brand team planning cycles
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred • A minimum of 10+ years of biotech/pharma Market Access experience with prior leadership roles in account management and/or sales management • Must complete all required safety and certification training and maintain an acceptable driving record regarding accidents and incidents • Requires greater than 50% travel • Experience integrating Health Economics and Medical Affairs resources into access planning • Experience collaborating with diverse matrixed internal stakeholders • Ability to identify future policies, practices, and trends affecting payer management and access decision-making • Experience leading pull-through efforts with sales leadership and field sales teams • Strong Market Access, payer, and PBM understanding, including Commercial and Managed Medicaid • Well-developed negotiation skills • Understanding of contract strategy implications and opportunities • Experience identifying trends and insights and developing broader strategies • Ability to maintain accurate account profiles and customer interactions via CRM • In-depth knowledge of key account selling for targeted channels/segments • Previous specialty outpatient experience at the national account level • Experience in contract development and negotiation • Consultative and networking capabilities • Experience in customer negotiation, financial analysis, legal influences, and contracting execution/implementation • Ability to influence the broader organization and key decision-makers • Strong executive presence, communication, and presentation skills • Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and critical thinking • Ability to manage numerous priorities, products, and projects simultaneously • Excellent organization and time management skills • Comfort operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced, pre-commercial environment • Curiosity, courage, collaboration, and credibility • Must be willing to work remotely in the Southeast and travel more than 50%
