📋 Description

• Coordinate OEM program requests from initial customer inquiry to production by adding technical requirements and due dates that ensure completion • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal team members regarding program status and updates • Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) • Collaborate with design, customer support, business development, program specialist teams to ensure program requirements are met

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in program coordination, project management, manufacturing, or OEM environments • Perform effectively in environments with frequent workload changes and competing demands • Strong organizational and project coordination skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Preferred Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management or related field • Experience in automotive or related OEM industry • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS • Knowledge of Salesforce and managing website content using CMS platform
