📋 Description

• Conduct pre-launch compliance reviews for paid social and search ads, VSLs, landing pages, webinar slides and scripts, email sequences, SMS flows, and affiliate-distributed copy • Maintain a versioned asset library with compliance notes, approval status, and review history • Maintain pre-approved disclaimer and disclosure libraries for video, email, social, and landing-page formats • Monitor ad accounts for compliance issues and coordinate responses to platform reviews, flags, and takedowns • Evaluate income and earnings claims against FTC guidelines • Audit testimonials, maintain an approved testimonial library, and require compliance sign-off for paid media testimonials • Review and approve sales webinar scripts and one-to-one sales frameworks • Conduct post-webinar and post-call compliance audits and provide structured feedback • Maintain approved and prohibited sales-floor language and train new hires during onboarding • Audit SMS marketing for TCPA compliance, including consent capture, opt-out handling, frequency disclosures, and content restrictions • Review commercial email programs for CAN-SPAM compliance • Track the evolving crypto/DeFi regulatory landscape and flag language that may constitute personalized investment advice • Build trusted relationships with cross-functional teams • Identify opportunities to improve and automate workflows • Complete post-event transcript reviews within 48 hours of each webinar delivery • Contribute to internal policies, training, and reporting • Coordinate with data/engineering teams on technical implementation of consent and disclosure requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience reviewing marketing and advertising content for FTC or SEC compliance • Experience ideally in financial education, coaching, or another regulated direct-response environment • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements clearly and professionally • Working familiarity with the FTC Marketing Guides, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM • Strong editorial judgment for identifying problematic claims in webinar scripts or ads • Comfortable delivering direct, specific feedback to sales representatives and marketers • Ability to work closely with Marketing, Sales leadership, and the mentor team • Ability to report to internal Legal/Compliance counsel • Ability to coordinate with data/engineering teams on consent and disclosure requirements
