• Own YO's ecosystem-driven growth strategy • Drive adoption of YO's infrastructure across the broader application landscape • Own scaling customer acquisition through partnerships • Onboard the next billion people into DeFi • Design and own our end-to-end ecosystem strategy
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years in BD, ecosystem, or GTM roles in crypto or web3 infra • Broad experience across EVM & Solana ecosystems • Obsessed with growth and delivering incredible numbers through innovative partnerships • Proven success building partnerships, leading cross-functional projects, and working with technical teams • Excellent communication skills and comfort operating autonomously in fast-paced environments • Passion for protocol infrastructure and the future of on-chain yield.
