📋 Description

• Transform complex data into actionable insights for supply chain decisions • Build automated dashboards and standardized reporting tools for global operations • Map workflows and drive supply chain process optimization and digitalization initiatives • Identify data discrepancies, resolve issues, and implement preventative solutions • Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure execution, traceability, and trade compliance • Contribute to system enhancements and pilot programs • Develop training materials to support adoption of new tools and processes • Support Deckers’ digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights • Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets • Experience with reporting and visualization tools; Power BI or similar preferred • Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy and integrity • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data and process issues • Working knowledge of supply chain and trade compliance concepts preferred • Clear communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics for global teams • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Statistics, or a relevant field • 2+ years of corporate experience in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Procurement, or a related field • Demonstrated Deckers global leadership competencies: authenticity, championing diverse teams, driving strategy, cultivating innovation, delivering results, and building connection
