📋 Description

• Creating social media content • Community management • Customer service and responding to customer inquiries • Creating content such as DIY projects and giveaways for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest in collaboration with the team • Actively expanding UGC initiatives • Strengthening influencer partnerships • Advising prospective customers on decorating ideas via email and phone • Supporting decoration projects at top locations and for influencers • Contributing your own ideas to projects and campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, design, or marketing • Ideally, some initial practical experience in online and social media marketing, as well as in the e-commerce sector • Excellent written and spoken German • Comfortable engaging directly with customers • Willingness to appear on camera and participate in social media campaigns • Confident and creative in developing ideas • Willingness to actively participate in viral marketing activities • Mandatory internships are preferred • Minimum internship duration of 3 months
