📋 Description

• Manage the successful operations of assigned projects and accounts • Serve as Decypher's first-line leader and representative with clients and partners • Execute contracts, including staffing, onboarding and orienting new hires, representing Decypher at customer meetings, making required site visits, and completing project-related requirements • Ensure all deliverables covered under the PWS are met • Manage project performance and leverage shared service resources to achieve business goals • Identify and evaluate opportunities that can be added to current contracts or scope • Develop relationships with teaming partners and create alliances, subcontract agreements, joint ventures, and teaming arrangements • Assist in pricing self-generated opportunities using local market or contract intelligence • Establish and maintain senior-level client relationships, including at least quarterly meetings • Use outcome-based discussions, SMART goal setting, and PDCA cycles to drive performance and build trust • Understand client needs and propose solutions as a trusted advisor • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, forums, and job fairs when appropriate • Collaborate with Recruiting and Credentialing to meet project staffing requirements • Coordinate new hire start dates, equipment, system access, and onboarding • Ensure employees meet client and Decypher standards; provide and document coaching and discipline with HR • Ensure accurate daily timekeeping and timesheet submission; address escalated timekeeping issues • Report workplace safety, injury, illness, harassment, or discrimination incidents to Operations Leadership and Human Resources

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related quantitative field • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a government contracting (services) and/or healthcare environment • At least 5 years of experience leading teams in a matrixed reporting environment • Familiarity with servant leadership • Intermediate MS Excel skills • Excellent communication and persuasion skills; comfortable with group and public speaking • Able to adjust priorities in real time to adapt to changing circumstances • Able to gracefully accept constructive feedback when necessary • Comfortable with modern office technology, including MSO365 and timekeeping systems • Willing to travel to customer sites as needed
