📋 Description

• Research and identify suitable candidates for ongoing searches, primarily through LinkedIn, the talent pool, and other sourcing channels. • Reach out directly to promising profiles with personalized and relevant messages. • Conduct initial conversations with candidates to understand their professional background, motivation, and next career steps. • Collaboratively decide which profiles should be presented to clients. • Continuously develop the talent pool. • Build your own network in the defence and dual-use market.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in active sourcing or recruiting—ideally gained at a recruitment consultancy, startup, or technically oriented environment. • Strong written communication skills and a good instinct for personalized communication. • Ability to work independently. • Thorough research skills. • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new roles and technologies. • Current defence expertise is not required, but an interest in understanding the market is essential. • Business-fluent German. • Fluent English.
