📋 Description

• Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, XING, Indeed, social media, talent databases, and other sourcing channels • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Reach out to passive candidates and create interest in new career opportunities • Partner closely with Recruiters to develop effective sourcing strategies • Provide market insights on talent availability, trends, and recruitment challenges • Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives, process improvements, and best practice sharing • Understand candidate motivations and market dynamics in Germany • Act as a Talent Acquisition partner who anticipates recruitment challenges and delivers candidates aligned with business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German language skills (C1/C2) in a professional business environment • Good command of English to collaborate effectively within an international team • Proven experience in active sourcing and candidate engagement across multiple channels • Strong understanding of the German recruitment market, especially within technical recruitment, skilled trades, and blue-collar hiring • Ability to engage passive candidates and turn initial conversations into successful recruitment opportunities • Ability to independently plan sourcing activities and manage priorities effectively • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to anticipate business needs • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders • Ability to use market insights and data to drive sourcing decisions
