📋 Description

• Serve as the central point of coordination for multiple client-facing strategic consulting engagements • Translate project objectives and signed proposals into clear plans and actionable work breakdown structures • Facilitate discussions and remove project roadblocks • Monitor project scope, schedule, and budget • Lead project kickoff meetings with project leadership • Build detailed project plans and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders • Identify and manage risks to keep engagements on track and within budget • Lead strategic project reviews with senior client leadership • Facilitate project cadences that drive execution and accountability • Present program insights, impact metrics, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal leadership • Collaborate with consultants, subject matter experts, client leaders, executive sponsors, and sales • Contribute to internal initiatives developing PMO capabilities, processes, and tools • Ensure deliverables meet DEKRA's quality standards and exceed client expectations • Manage scope changes and identify commercial opportunities • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by following established procedures and policies • Report to the Strategic Program Director • Help organizations improve safety, performance, and operational excellence through DEKRA's testing, inspection, certification, and professional services

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience required, including managing multiple concurrent projects • Client-facing, professional services engagement experience strongly preferred • Ability to independently drive multiple projects to successful completion with minimal oversight while maintaining high client satisfaction • Experience managing internal and client stakeholders, developing relationships, managing expectations, and navigating organizational challenges • Ability to influence and apply structured problem-solving to project challenges • Experience using one or more project management applications such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Planview required • Experience establishing project governance, decision-making processes, and stakeholder accountability frameworks • Management consulting experience preferred • Familiarity with organizational change and transformation initiatives preferred • Knowledge of workplace safety principles and experience with clients in industrial or high-risk industries preferred • Project management certifications such as PMP preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with project management applications • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot • Knowledge of project management, including scope, schedule, and budget • Resource coordination • Change management • Stakeholder engagement • Executive presentation skills • Effective communication skills • Ability to work in varied client locations, environments, and conditions, including stairs, long distances, rough or uneven terrain, indoor and outdoor facilities, and heat/cold conditions • Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. of luggage • Ability to handle extended periods of computer-based work • Ability to work flexible and long hours as needed • Domestic travel required, estimated up to 25-50% • International travel may be required • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
