📋 Description

• Lead and support the Workday implementation project for Zuora • Focus on 70% Workday Financial Operations and 30% Workday HRIS/HCM • Configure and optimize Workday Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Expenses, and Financial Reporting • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional Workday solutions • Configure business processes, security, reporting, and workflows • Support integrations, data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and production deployment • Partner with Finance, Accounting, HR, and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle • Develop functional documentation and provide end-user training and post-go-live support • Identify process improvements and recommend best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Workday Finance certified • 5+ years of Workday Functional consulting experience • Minimum of 2 full-cycle Workday Financials implementation projects • Strong expertise in Workday Financial Management • Working knowledge of Workday HCM/HRIS • Experience with Workday reporting, security, EIB, and Core Connectors • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
