📋 Description

• Own and articulate a multi-year product vision and strategy for Delinea's remote access portfolio across PAM and workforce password management use cases • Translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap and backlog across browser-based access, the DCM browser extension and mobile applications • Make trade-off decisions with agile teams • Define a coherent access experience across browser, native client, terminal, extension and mobile modalities • Anticipate evolving access patterns and enforcement requirements and sequence investment to keep the portfolio extensible • Engage customers, partners, analysts and internal stakeholders to establish market perspective and validate requirements through structured discovery • Partner with Engineering, UX, QA and Support to deliver high-quality, performant solutions • Balance sustaining investment in established clients with platform migration and new zero-to-one capabilities; build investment business cases • Define adoption, engagement and success metrics for client surfaces and use them to inform prioritization and business value • Shape go-to-market strategy with Product Marketing, including positioning, messaging, packaging and pricing across PAM and WPM buying centers • Enable Sales, Support and Customer Success with launch and ongoing-customer-success context, collateral and training • Stay current on remote access, browser isolation, secrets and credential management, and passwordless authentication trends • Work across Engineering, UX, Architecture, Sales, Product Marketing, Support and Customer Success in a globally distributed organization • Engage directly with customer business users, systems administrators, security architects and other end users

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; Master's or MBA a plus • 6+ years of product management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment, including ownership of an enterprise product line • 5+ years in software, SaaS, or cloud security, with exposure to remote access, privileged access management, password management, or client/agent technologies • Experience shipping products across more than one client form factor: web, native desktop, CLI, browser extension, or mobile • Deep familiarity with Windows, macOS and Linux • Some working knowledge of RDP, SSH, HTTPS, VNC, database and Kubernetes access paths, and session monitoring • Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, FIDO2/WebAuthn and TOTP • Familiarity with secrets management, service accounts, workload identity and short-lived credentials • Familiarity with large language models, model context protocol and agents as non-human identities • Some working knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform and cloud-native architectures • Proven track record of working with usability and design teams; some working knowledge of Figma useful • Analytical mindset balancing customer needs, competitive positioning and business growth opportunities • Pragmatic Marketing or Scrum Product Owner certifications good to have • Written, verbal and presentation skills, including presenting to executive leadership and enterprise customers • Ability to travel up to 25% • Successful completion of comprehensive criminal background check, education verification and employment verification upon conditional offer
