📋 Description

• Translate actuarial processes and non-functional requirements into clear platform requirements • Validate solution suitability against business, control, and operational needs • Represent the specialist business domain in workshops, design forums, and governance discussions • Review process and data impacts across the end-to-end solution • Validate assumptions, requirements, controls, and outputs • Support prioritisation, testing, issue resolution, and formal business acceptance • Collaborate with business SMEs, technology, data, and testing teams to align with the target solution • Support a transformation programme within a large life and pensions business • Help shape Foundation platform (Core Enablement) capability and ensure the solution is robust, controlled, and fit for purpose

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in actuarial processes, platform change, or business transformation within financial services • Experience translating business and non-functional needs into platform or solution requirements • Ability to assess process, data, and control impacts across complex environments • Experience supporting testing, business acceptance, and issue resolution • Experience representing a subject-matter domain in design and governance forums • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail • Ability to challenge assumptions and validate requirements effectively • Comfortable working in a complex, regulated, enterprise-scale environment • Availability through January 2027
