📋 Description

• Partner with product teams to understand upcoming platform releases and assess user impact • Plan and manage communications related to feature updates, platform changes, and release announcements • Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to support change readiness and adoption • Identify stakeholder groups and tailor messaging to support effective communication and engagement • Review and optimize communication channels used to reach internal and external audiences • Support enablement efforts by helping coordinate messaging, materials, and release communications • Track progress across change initiatives and help ensure successful rollout of platform updates

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in change management, program management, or project management roles • Experience supporting large scale platform or system rollouts • Strong understanding of change management and communications strategies • Experience working with cross functional teams including product, operations, and technical stakeholders • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working in both technical and business focused environments • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States • Background in communications and enablement is a plus
